Our Story

Rooted & Radiant began with a passport, a mat, and a deep desire to feel more.

Years of exploring the world and connecting with diverse cultures taught Amanda the healing power of stillness, presence, and shared experience. What started as a personal journey became a calling — to create retreats that weave together mindful movement, soulful adventure, and holistic nourishment for the curious, open-hearted soul.

  • We offer Mat and Reformer Pilates, as well as Yin Yoga — both online and in-person. Sessions can be tailored for individuals (1:1), pairs (2:1), or groups. Each class is designed with intention, emphasizing functional movement, nervous system support, and strength from the inside out.

  • Not at all. My classes are open to all levels. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or Yoga or returning to movement after time away, I’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you through each practice with clarity and care.

  • Mat Pilates uses your body weight and small props for strength and control, while Reformer Pilates uses a machine with springs and pulleys to add resistance and support. Both are highly effective — it just depends on your goals and preferences. I’m happy to help you choose the right fit.

  • A holistic consultation looks at your health as a whole — body, mind, and lifestyle — to help you feel more energized, balanced, and nourished. We’ll explore your goals, current habits, digestion, stress levels, and more to create a personalized wellness plan. You can also access my “Pocket Nutritionist” service for ongoing support and guidance via WhatsApp.

  • Yes! We offer both. You can book a single session to try things out, or invest in a package for deeper transformation and support. Package options are available for Pilates, yoga, and nutrition services. Visit the Services page for full pricing details.

  • Yes — retreat hosting is a big part of Rooted & Radiant. We host intentional, small-group wellness retreats in beautiful destinations that combine movement, nourishment, adventure, and nervous system resets. The locations are chosen intentionally for their natural beauty, cultural richness, and potential to spark soul-deep restoration. You can find upcoming retreats here, or reach out to collaborate on a private group or corporate retreat. 

  • Yes! I am a certified Pilates & Yoga instructor with specialized training in pre and postnatal movement. I create safe, supportive sessions designed to adapt to the unique needs of your body during and after pregnancy.
