Welcome to Rooted & Radiant. By accessing and using our website rootedandradiantwellness.co or booking one of our retreats, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our services.

 

1. General Use

• This website is owned and operated by Rooted & Radiant (“we,” “our,” “us”).

• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to this page.

 

2. Retreat Bookings

• Retreat spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £400 (approx. $750 CAD) is required.

• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and you receive a confirmation email.

 

3. Payments

• The remaining balance of your retreat fee must be paid in full by the specified due date (for the Tuscany retreat: February 1, 2026).

• Payment plans may be available upon request.

• Payments can be made by credit card or other approved payment methods. A 3% processing fee may apply for card payments.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• Final payments are non-refundable once made.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and trip cancellation insurance to protect against unexpected events (illness, flight cancellations, etc.).

• In the unlikely event that Rooted & Radiant cancels the retreat, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

5. Travel & Insurance

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights, transportation, and travel documentation (passports, visas).

• Travel health insurance is mandatory for all retreat participants. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to arrival.

• Rooted & Radiant is not responsible for delays, missed connections, or additional costs due to changes in travel schedules.

 

6. Health & Wellbeing

• Retreat activities may include physical movement such as Pilates, Yoga, or hiking. By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and understand your own limitations.

• Please inform the retreat facilitator of any health conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions prior to attending.

• Participation is voluntary, and Rooted & Radiant is not liable for any injuries sustained during the retreat.

 

7. Website Use

• Content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Rooted & Radiant and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any unlawful activity while using it.

 

8. Liability

• Rooted & Radiant is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or loss during retreats.

• By booking, you agree to assume all risks associated with travel and retreat participation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.  Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
