Amanda blends the science of movement with the soul of mindfulness. With certifications in Pilates, Yin Yoga, and holistic nutrition, she guides from experience — always with empathy, intuition, and deep presence.

After years of global travel, Amanda created Rooted & Radiant to offer what the world had offered her: perspective, stillness, and connection. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and embodied care.

Amanda is a movement guide, holistic nutritionist, and retreat host devoted to helping you return home to yourself — body, mind, and spirit. Her teachings are rooted in embodied wisdom and lived experience, shaped by years of global exploration, self-inquiry, and soulful study.

Her approach weaves together mindful movement, nourishing rituals, and deep presence — not to change who you are, but to remind you of the strength, softness, and clarity already within you.

 

Whether guiding a gentle breathwork session or leading a retreat in a faraway place, Amanda holds space for intentional connection and lasting transformation.
