To secure your spot, a £400 (approx. $750 CAD) non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures your room is reserved and your place on the retreat is confirmed.

With certifications in Pilates, Yoga, and Nutrition, Amanda brings both knowledge and intuition into every space, inviting each person to feel grounded in body, calm in mind, and open in spirit.
Shaped by years of travel and study, her approach blends mindful movement, nourishing rituals, and community connection. Whether guiding a Pilates class, sharing a meal, or holding space in circle, Amanda’s intention is always the same — to remind you that you already carry the wisdom and radiance you seek.
